If you are looking for a cute coffee shop with amazing food and Instagram worthy photo ops, look no further than Vanessa’s Coffee Shop located in sunny Florida. We visited the Orlando location, but there is a spot in St. Cloud as well. Vanessa’s has a rustic farmhouse feel and offers plenty of seating options, from tables for small or large groups to a few cozy couches, there’s room for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly, welcoming us immediately and offering any assistance with menu questions. One of the nice features of Vanessa’s is the options for ordering, you can do it at the counter, or you can scan the QR code right at your table.
Let’s talk about the menu…I was personally surprised at how many options there were, and you can definitely get more than just a cup of coffee. With a two-sided menu, on the front side you will find all things beverage, traditional coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, etc., to frozen coffee drinks, smoothies, and a variety of hot or frozen tea options. One of the things I really liked about the coffee selections was the amount of flavor choices you had; banana nut, mocha and white chocolate are just a few of the offerings, we both went with cinnamon roll cappuccinos. I added a Nutella rim with graham crackers on it and you literally get so much Nutella making it worth the add on. Flipping on over to the back of the menu you will find so many food selections. You can choose from omelets or French toast to various avocado toast brunches, and a ton of sandwich options. I went with a croissant sandwich that included your choice of meat and cheese, I did sausage and American cheese, and it included an over-hard egg. My meal didn’t disappoint, and my only regret is that it was too big for me to finish. My husband went with a Mallorca sandwich that had ham, cheddar and egg and also got an acai bowl. I had a bite of all of it (obviously) and it was delicious, but I was still happy with my croissant choice. As far as price point, it was a little on the pricier side, but I will say you get good sized portions, and the quality and presentation was impressive.
All in all, this was a great place to start our day and it got my stamp of approval. Next time you are visiting the House of the Mouse, add Vanessa’s to the must do list.
